This class is a flowing style in which each movement links to the next, connected by your breath. You will move through carefully crafted sequences to energize your body and balance with long holds to deepen both strength in your body and sense of awareness. Through yogic breathing (Pranayama), moving meditation, and core exercises, this class will help you develop your physical strength and stamina, steadiness of mind and breath, and emotional and spiritual openness. Throughout class, you might find inspiration in fun music, reminders to smile, and a few gentle alignment suggestions from your teacher.

AIReal Yoga™ uses a hammock that swivels freely on a single point taking you to a higher level. It allows you to deepen your stretch, correct alignment & safely perform inversions. AIReal Yoga™ is for all levels and styles of yoga. The first and only form of aerial yoga accredited by the Yoga Alliance. (Suspension based Hatha yoga.) These classes are not included in memberships and class package. This class is not heated.  Bring Mat and Water Bottle. Please do not wear Jewelry, and it's recommended to wear a t-shirt or long-sleeved shirt to class.

YinYasa Flow

Vinyasa is a style of Hatha Yoga, and is literally translated as "to place in a special way". In the Vinyasa flow style of yoga a fluid movement between postures is linked to the cycle of the breath, intended to free the mind from thought. There is a balanced focus on integrating breath and movement, awareness and alignment, and strength and flexibility, so classes can often be quite challenging and/or vigorous- though can always be modified for a variety of practitioners.

Yin is also a style of Hatha Yoga. Yin Yoga is a quiet and simple practice, but not necessarily an easy practice. Yin yoga works deeply into our body. It targets our deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues — ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body — rather than the muscles. It is an exercise in subtle movements, somatic applications, and breath. Sometimes the progression is stillness, to find the seat of the pose and rest there.

Yinyasa is a practice that combines these two Hatha Yoga styles.  Expect a rigorous Vinyasa Flow Class at the beginning that transitions into a floor practice with longer holds and pranayama practices.

Gentle Yoga Flow & Happy Hour

Gentle Yoga Flow & Happy Hour are classes designed to restore and reset towards the end of the week, and before the weekend begins.  Take part in a sweet, slow yoga flow, pranayama exercises, followed by a long shavasana.

This class links body movement with the breath. Each sequence utilizes breath-synchronized movements to transition between sustained poses. In Sanskrit, the term Vinyasa means to place in a special way. This type of yoga focuses on the idea that the way we place our breath, our bodies, our minds and our hearts has a profound effect both within and throughout.
